Getting ready to leave. I haven't had much sleep. Like a dumbass I stayed up longer than I should have, and then I couldn't get to sleep when I did lay down. I can claim maybe three hours of sleep. On the upside my load doesn't deliver until tomorrow afternoon in Ohio. The plan right now is to pick it up and then get some sleep. That may be about all I have the energy to do.

I'm a little nervous about going out. Our checking account is in the red. I have no cash money. I won't be able to get an advance from USX until I've run some miles off of this trip. That means no drinks, no food, etc. I haven't said anything to Mara because I don't want her to worry, but it's going to be interesting this week. Especially since I won't draw a paycheck until the end of next week.

We need money. Mara needs to get back to work as soon as possible. I worry that she's going to find herself sitting up late playing Everquest every night and isn't going to find the right conditions to get up and go job hunting. But we're really hurting here. Hopefully she can see that.

Oh, well. There's no use in putting this off. I need to put the computer away and get my things together. Here's to hope.
