Back at the hotel. Apparently I've survived today. My road test went relatively well this morning. I wasn't sent home, so I assume I passed. Two other people were sent home. I was also nervous about what my MVR might show, but I was told that it was clear. So far so good.

One more day of orientation and I'll be assigned a truck. I guess if nothing comes up tomorrow, I'll be working for Epes again. I'm looking forward to it. I liked these guys the last time I was with them, and only left because I wasn't getting good miles. I'm told that's not an issue now.

Well, I'm going to log in to EQ and visit with Mara a bit. We had a rough spot yesterday. She had read some of my blog, and was hurt at something I wrote in anger. That broke my heart. I might puff up and run my mouth on occasion, but I love her more than I can express. I would never want to hurt her. Hopefully she can understand that. I know she'll probably never read my blog again, so I'll have to find some way to show her how much I love her.

I miss my wife. I miss home.
