Had a dust-up with Bill, our new dispatcher today. He sent us a cryptic message before we left the house asking us if we had received trailer info. We assumed he was talking about load info and said that we had. Turns out they had sent us info about dropping our trailer and picking up another trailer to go pick up our load with. We never got the info. So anyway, somewhere in Alabama we get a message from Bill saying "you guys didn't do what we wanted you to do." We had no idea what he was talking about. Long story short, he got mad. We got irritated because he got mad. And in the end it just left us wondering if we had stumbled onto another asshole.
