I have trouble following Mara's logic. Her boss called this morning and told her to take the day off because she had too much overtime. I would assume that she would have taken the opportunity to have the brakes on the van checked, at least, and maybe go pick up that sink from Lowes like she promised. She did neither. It's not a stretch of the imagination to assume that she's been playing Everquest all day. I tell you, I rarely voice it, but sometimes I wonder what it would have been like to have married a woman who would help “hold down the fort” instead of a girl who wants to do nothing but play video games.
