My hand is feeling a little better lately. I've been very careful with it. I don't even know if I've mentioned it or not. I have no idea what I did to it, but I suspect I've spent too much time driving while holding the phone in my right hand and hanging on to the steering wheel with my left.

In short, I was careless. I can't think of what it would be but a repetitive stress injury. Hopefully if I can leave it alone long enough for it to heal, I won't have any lasting problems.
