We got hit by the CIC Credit Reporting scam last week. We had dealt with these people about a year ago, found their "free" credit report cost $79.95 and immediately cancelled. Well, last week, after over a year, they billed us $79.95 again. So I called our bank and contested it. God bless 'em. Our bank simply filed an investigation report and gave us our money back. So fuck CIC and their scam.
