Mama took her bankruptcy papers to the lawyer today. I think it proves that those two big judgments were on her bankruptcy list. He said he would send them off somewhere, but that we would still have to pay Goforth. I assume that means that we can get this straightened out and go ahead with the loan (assuming nothing else comes up). So we'll go ahead with the repairs Monday and get the insurance. And we'll get our 2001 tax returns and w2's. I guess then the ball will be in Paul Yale’s and CCB's court.
