Paul Yale called Mama again today. Apparently now the loan is off again. They suddenly found 3 judgments against mama, 2 of which were supposed to have been paid on her bankruptcy settlement. The other was Goforth plumbing; left over from when they fucked over Mama and Loretta on the work they did (when they fucked up the front yard and mama refused to pay them). Paul Yale said all 3 would have to be paid before they could go ahead on the loan. Mama has proof that the other two were listed on her bankruptcy papers, but we'll have to pay Goforth. That's no big deal. But I suspect that at this point there is nothing that we could do that will get us this loan. I think Paul Yale is looking for a way out of it. And I think he found it.
