Christmas Chicken Enchiladas

I just saw a sign on a Taco Bell that read “Here for the holidays - Chicken Enchilada”.

I'm wondering. Is the chicken enchilada part of the traditional Mexican Christmas celebrations? Who knew?

Hopefully everyone caught that I'm being sarcastic.

But I have to admit that I've gotten somewhat misty thinking about all the seasonal traditions. I won't list them. You know what they are. But foremost among them, I'm thankful that McRib is back. I have such fond memories of the family gathered around the Christmas tree, opening presents and eating their McRibs.

Do you think it would be too radical of a departure if this year instead of our tradtional Christmas dinner of McRib and fries that we honored Mexicans' heritage by having chicken enchiladas instead? It is Christmas, you know.
