The truck is running. I'm updating my iPod and then I'll leave. The only things I plan to take with me are my iPod and my cellphone. I shouldn't need anything else. I might pick up a book en route. I dunno. If nothing else, tomorrow I'll get to find out how good of a passenger I'll make.

If all goes well, I might be at the bus station in Gastonia tomorrow night in time for Mara to pick me up on the way home from work. But, of course, I don't expect things to go that smoothly.
