Salt Lake City. We just got back from spending the evening with a friend from EQ and SWG. Barriak is the name he uses online that I'm most familiar with. His real name his Jerry. He and his son, Tip, picked us up from USX' terminal and took us to their house. They fed us barbecue, and then we enjoyed a wonderful night of companionship and conversation. Mara and I also learned to play Texas Hold 'Em poker. Not by playing, but by watching a tournament on television. Long story short, we had a really good time. We're both grateful to Jerry for inviting us into his home. It was wonderful to finally be able to put a face to one of the people I've talked to online and played games with.
