Stuck at the rail yard in Dallas. Customer can't accept load until USX sends them the bills. USX says they've done this, but customer still has no bills. The guy in the office says a USX driver had to wait for 9 hours last. I told him, and then told USX, that we won't be willing to do that. Now, whether or not we actually do drive out of here or not remains to be seen.
