I outsmarted myself. When I went to bed last night I assumed that Mara would take me out to get the truck this morning on her way to work. But when she woke me up this morning to say bye, I didn't think about it. So she's at work and I have no way to go get the truck. Sue might let me borrow her car to do it, but that involves a lot more in the way of politics than I care for. I could walk it, but I'd need a nap afterwards. Hehe. It takes a lot of energy to move this much mass.

At the moment I don't know what to do. I hate to piss off Epes, but I don't think I'll be able to get the truck until this evening. This is just a snafu. I'll be more careful next week. Mara probably thought I had something planned because I didn't say anything last night to her about going to get the truck. My fuck-up. I assumed she'd realize that I had no other way of going out there.

Hopefully Epes won't get too mad at me about this.
