Today is the two week anniversary of the beginning of my FEMA nightmare. It's still ongoing. I'm in an Army National Guard base, Camp Shelby, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. I have to admit that part of me thinks it's really cool to be here. I've never been on a military base before. And though I know a lot of assholes don't think of the National Guard as the military, I think after the Iraq war a lot of people are going to have to re-think that. I also would like to see anyone have the balls to say that the National Guard is not “real military” while sitting on this base.
