I've gone over and over this issue with our Bedford Park customer. Mostly I've realized that it's pointless to ask for or expect help from Ray. I've also realized that I'm only frustrating myself by entertaining revenge fantasies. I'm going to have to find some real, concrete way to deal with this issue, because it obviously isn't going to go away. The first possibility is to bring this to Brenda's attention (since Ray won't). I don't mean just the trailer issue, but the underlying personal conflict. The second step is to confront the personnel directly, i.e. "Why do you hate us? What have we done to you?"
