I just did something incredibly stupid. Stepping down out of the truck in Sugartit, I missed the bottom step with my right foot. This left my left foot stuck on the upper step while the weight of my body rushed to the ground. I didn't fall, but I twisted my bad left knee (I cringe thinking of the popping). It works, but has that kind of ache that means I'll pay for this later.
