Well, the boy scouts of the CHP at scale in Cottonwood, CA have fucked us good. They got us for being 1 foot over the bridge law. Adjusting for that made our trailer tandems over weight. There's nothing else we can do about it. 1 fucking foot! About all we can do now is confer with U.S. Xpress and see if they will send someone out to help. Hopefully USX won't somehow use this as a reason to fire us before we get home in September and quit. I'd sure hate to walk home from California.
